Desk Copies:
If you are an educator who has already adopted a book for your course, please email abbeville@abbeville.com and include the title or ISBN of the book, your school, course title and projected enrollment, semester the class will be given, the name of the bookstore that will be placing the order, and your name, shipping address, phone number, and e-mail address. No more than one desk copy will be sent per request, and desk copies will be shipped to the United States and Canada only.
